ABSTRACT
Purpose- The purpose of this study is to examine how tourism businesses respond and adapt to increasing disruptions caused by rapid digital transformation, environmental challenges, geopolitical uncertainty, and other external shocks.

Design/Methodology/Approach- This study employs a systematic literature review of research published between 2015 and 2025. A PRISMA-guided protocol was used to identify, screen, and select relevant peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers from major academic databases. The selected studies were analysed using the TCCM framework (Theory, Context, Characteristics, Methodology) to examine organizational strategies that enable resilience and adaptation.
