ABSTRACT
Business today functions in an environment shaped by rapid technological progress, global competition and continuous change in customers and regulatory demands. Problems faced by organizations are no longer limited to a single domain, making traditional discipline-specific approaches insufficient. Multidisciplinary research, which draws knowledge from multiple fields, offers a comprehensive way to understand and address such complex challenges. This paper explores the significance of multidisciplinary research in achieving business success by improving innovation
capability, strengthening strategic decision making, enhancing risk management and supporting sustainable growth. Based on a conceptual review of existing literature, the study highlights how integrating perspective from management, technology, economics, psychology and social sciences enables businesses to respond effectively to uncertainty and gain long term competitive advantage.
